- The course is a conveyancing update and is designed to bring practitioners procedural changes and recent case law in this area.
- The contents are intended to increase the practitioner's specialist knowledge in their professional area of property transaction.
Course Outcomes
- By the end of the course the practitioner should have become fully updated with the latest procedures relating to the National Conveyancing Protocol 2011.
- The course refers to the 5th. addition of the Standard Conditions of Sale and explains the changes pertaining including deletions of some aspects of the 4th. Edition. The session compares and contrasts between the new and older version of SCS. The practitioner will be able to synthesise the information into their practice area.
- The course also looks at recent Case Law including important cases on Rights of Way, Boundary Agreements and Severance of Joint Tenancies.
