Q: Why are there not more courses?

A: Although the Service will include Wales-only law issues under the areas listed in Part 4, Schedule 7 of the Act, GWA 2006, we will also be offering other courses like Family, Conveyancing, Employment and Probate. It is our aim to provide you with a 'one-stop' service for most of your CPD requirements  We plan to increase the range of course by at least two a month over the next twelve months and this should increase at the same level in Year Two. We will also be listening to you, our customers as to the type and nature of courses you would like to see appearing on this Site.

Q: When I purchase the course, how long is it available for me to view on the Site?

A: Generally, the course remains available for viewing and repeat viewing for a minimum of six months unless it is subject to a significant update as a result of a change in the law.

Q: I'm based in England can I still use your service?

A: The Service will include Welsh-only legal issues so if you have clients in Wales, or wish to see specific differences in the Welsh and English systems then this is of interest to you. We also offer a broader service too and you will find generic courses of interest to all such as Conveyancing, Family and Probate on the Site now or very soon.

Q: Can I take the courses on my mobile device?

A: Yes, but at the moment the service is not optimised for mobile platforms so it might appear slow. We are planning on launching a mobile based version later this year.

A: Yes and No. If you sign up for one of our Account Packages, then you can easily administer all of your practitioners in one place. Each practitioner would need their own account to undertake the courses, but our account manager provides a centralised system for managing invoicing and users.
